Woodtoga Holdings Company was incorporated in 1979 to create a world class high temperature material processing company. Woodtoga made contributions to material processing for electron tube design and manufacture and has over 30 years of material processing experience. The principle, Dr. Lovoi, invented the Xoft 2mm diameter 50 kVp X-ray tube. Another company that was spun off from Woodtoga was Silicon ALPS, a laser paint stripping company. Several important products utilizing fiber optics have been developed at Woodtoga as well.

High temperature material joining and miniature structures are important contributions that Woodtoga has utilized to develop new products and help launch additional companies.
